The material contains a moisture-rich ingredient that makes the lens feel comfortable to the end of the day. The ingredient, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, is intended to simulate natural tears.

This very popular high quality lens, from Johnson & Johnson, also has a built-in UV-protection which protects your eye from harmful sun rays. It is class II, blocks 82% of the UV-A radiation and 97% of the UV-B radiation.

One Day Acuvue Moist doesn’t have to be cleaned as they’re daily disposables and are thrown away after one day’s usage. They are to be replaced after one day.
